Below you will find all the details you may need about exchanges, returns and refunds.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returning your product because you changed your mind
You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 14 days after purchase. Items must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note
We’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions below.
For online and telephone purchases, I am afraid we can’t refund the standard delivery.
There are some items that you can’t return or exchange unless faulty.  See our terms and conditions below to find out more.

Returning your product because it is faulty
If you have a product manual please check it first for help with common issues.
If, after doing that, you’re still having problems with a product you’ve bought, please contact us or bring it into our shop at Harrogate Gymnastics and we will do our very best to help you.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For online and telephone purchases, we can not refund the postage on items I am afraid.

 

OUR CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

By original condition we mean:
you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
you haven’t used the product

Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of purchase
Ordinarily if you have your receipt or order confirmation we’ll refund the original method you’ve used to purchase. For Gift Cards, we’ll refund with a credit note.
We’re unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless faulty.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
This does not affect your statutory rights

Which products cannot be returned?
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products you received over 14 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements or hand guards that have been worn.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
    – Leotards

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

 

How and when we refund you when you make a return

When returning your item, the way you originally paid will determine how we refund you.

Credit / Debit card
If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.

If you’re returning your item(s) directly to our shop at Harrogate Gymnastics, please take the card with you that you used to make the purchase.

Lost your receipt or delivery note?
If you placed your order online and signed into your account before checkout, it will be in your order history and you can print it off.
You can also show the order confirmation email on your phone if you’re making a return to our shop at Harrogate Gymnastics.

For in-shop or online purchases
Please note: due to our shop being temporarily closed because of the current pandemic, this is currently unavailable

 

Return via post (online purchases only)
Label, package and send off unwanted items at a Post Office branch near you.

 

REFUNDS
The time to receive a refund depends on when and how an item was returned. If you return via:
Royal Mail
Up to 14 days

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order (credit card, debit card or PayPal).

 

EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, bring your item into our shop at Harrogate Gymnastics for the product you want (subject to availability). We can exchange an item up to 14 days after purchase if it meets the conditions of our returns policy listed above.
You can also place a new order for the same product and return the unwanted item.
